HAB 1718 altitude sensors (MPL 3115A2) does not work properly above 60,000 feet. Find a relatively cheap alternative that does

The TE MS5607 (datasheet) may fit the bill. You will easily blow past your 60,000 feet requirement and be able to sense double that.

If you can't be bothered to design and have your own PCBs fabbed for this, it looks like Parallax has a module with this sensor for sale at $29.99.

@leee thanks for the info! We'll look at both the MS5607 and Ublox m8c option. You know how bad Columbia funding is...
