The TE MS5607 (datasheet) may fit the bill. You will easily blow past your 60,000 feet requirement and be able to sense double that.
If you can't be bothered to design and have your own PCBs fabbed for this, it looks like Parallax has a module with this sensor for sale at $29.99.
