Having trouble understanding what this is/how to use it based on the documentation. From what I understand Tumblr can't be run on a server other than Tumblr's, so is this just a tumblr-esque site that doesn't actually connect with Tumblr's backend?

If this isn't the case, please update the docs to outline how to use this theme/library, as from searching around I can't see how Flask can run with Tumblr.
