/readonly not working for .msg conversion

Hi,
I've been using this tool for years, and very happy with it, thanks!
I tend to use the /readonly switch when using the tool. This seems to do the job for all types I've been converting so far. Now however, I'm also trying to convert .msg files and that conversion seems to fail when using the /readonly switch. Conversion just seems to hang, I don't get any (error) output.
