Completed Kata - Still Listed as Unfinished

Describe the bug

Some completed Katas are still listed as "Unfinished".

To Reproduce

1. Start a new Kata.
2. Start it again.
3. Complete Kata.

Kata should now be listed as "complete" and gone from "Unfinished" section but it looks like some katas are listed in both "Complete" and "Unfinished" sections.

Please note that completing the Kata again does not increase the score, and neither does it clear the Kata from "Unfinished" section.

Expected Behavior

Once Kata is complete, it should be cleared out from "Unfinished" section.

This is caused by old bug that was creating multiple records for user for a kata. The bug itself was fixed, but the affected data is not yet cleaned up. See #1683 for more details if interested.

@DenSel86 In your case, there was a duplicate record created on 2019-07-20 and I just removed it.
