use Play in-app rating API from Google if above threshold #53

Hey,

Instead of sending users to Play Store app if they rate above threshold, we pop up the rating dialog using In-app rating API https://developer.android.com/guide/playcore/in-app-review .

This will boost 4/5 stars ratings while keeping users in the app.
