Update filemod dependency to 2.0.0

I posted an issue on the filemod repo here: codemod-com/filemod#19

filemod 1.1.0 is missing a LICENSE file, so I am unable to provision this package at my org, having that invalid dependency. 2.0.0 has been released, and it would be great if codemod-engine-node could be updated to use filemod 2.0.0
