no luck setting up user_guide #944

please can the user_guide be made simple for one to setup and learn like every other codeigniter user_guide.

The correct page in the user guide is https://github.com/bcit-ci/CodeIgniter4/tree/develop/user_guide_src#installation. It is basically the same as the process for CodeIgniter 3 :-/

Once setup, it is as easy as "make html".

If further questions, raise them on the forum, as we use github for bug tracking.
