Add a connection setting to change SSH ready timeout value

My development system has a communications overload every morning as I transfer logs from the production system to the dev system.

When the files are being transferred, I cannot connect to the IBM i as the connection is talking longer than the timeout allows for. As a result, I have to wait until about 10:00am before I am able to connect.

A new connection setting should be added to be able to change SSH2 readyTimeout configuration.
