Add time and date to printout

I want to add a line showing the time and date that a record was printed. I don't know what the best way to do this is. I know some printers add this, but I want to make sure it's on every printout. Unless there's a better approach, I've added this line to the print version of the page. The placeholders need to be replaced with real date and time data.

Please use HH:MM am/pm and MM/DD/YY format.
