Explanation of the issue

• It would be useful to know if the issues raised are already able to be captured by the rules/one of the validators, or if these are new issues not captured there
• We could have a tag for 'visible in validator' or similar......or the reverse 'not captured by rules'

This is a good idea - knowing how the bugs are 'caught' and then, tracked here.

A lot of the issues I raise are captured by d-portal server errors so they are mostly data issues.

Metadata issues are slightly tricker to capture and is usually found via investigation into a particular problem, ie. when the data doesn't show up as expected on d-portal.

Furthermore, the metadata issues raised are not necessarily captured by the rules of any validators. For instance, #6 is a complicated error but happens more often than it should.

The validator does show that there are errors in the data but it doesn't check for that particular metadata issue. So in this instance, this could be a 'not captured by rules' tag.
