What happened?

Issue Forms is the latest addition to GitHub (as of date), and the following features are left to be included:

Remove old .md issue template files if we agree on using Issue Forms.
Reconfigure for different types of issues.

Understanding about GitHub Issues.
A collection of GitHub Issue Template using the Markdown Files.

TODO : Fix the original template with correct version.
Update the organization level documentations.
Fix and/or update issue templates across forks on ZenithClown/.github@22ccc0b
