Hello there, and thank you for developing and maintaining this package.

I have attempted to set it up using the available instructions but am currently stuck at this error message :

It seems that from social.apps.django_app.default.models import UserSocialAuth fails as social cannot be imported.

Replacing it with from social_django.models import UserSocialAuth seems to fix the issue.

I'm on :

  • Django 5.1
  • Python 3.11.5
  • social-auth-core 4.5.4
  • social-auth-app-django 5.4.2
