This change is for enabling admission control by default, which will happen in v22.1. Doc impact will be to change the admission control doc to reflect the default cluster settings and show how to disable admission control.

Since this is 22.1, I’d say it should stay on the backlog and go to Richard Loveland, who’s taking over Queries.
