Unlike #78284, this isn't killing any nodes in the system, so the connection timeout on the SQL connection is unexpected. I don't see anything out of the ordinary in the artifacts. I'll see if I can reproduce it.

Connection timed out sounds more like an infra flake.

Yep, 50/50 attempts to reproduce passed. Going to close as an infra flake.
