ok well, this is impossible.
why does scrub re-use a roachtest VM?
why is it the only one that does this?

huh, looks like it's exercising SCRUB: https://github.com/cockroachdb/cockroach/blob/master/pkg/testutils/sqlutils/scrub.go#L71

which is experimental anyway and AFAICT we don't even use. do we still need this test?
