We already carved out an exception for kvnemesis in the teamcity-trigger package to let it run under stress for an hour. In addition to that, we should let the KVNemesis tests determine when run under nightly stress and adjust the step size up, so that we exercise more complex histories.

This is a quick win towards "continuous KVNemesis", which would require new infrastructure (i.e. a TC job or something like that).
