Problem: No real problem, so much as improving transparency and accountability to stakeholders in the techdocs team as well as the projects themselves. Because the team is a limited resource in a large ecosystem, transparency helps projects understand the larger scheme of what's getting done!

Proposed solution: Create a public project/kanban board for this team to display what projects are currently under way.

  • Create Kanban board
  • Add team's current tasks
  • Slot in kanban review time to weekly syncs
