discrepancy between DRONE_REPO_NAME and CI_REPO_NAME

I noticed in https://github.com/cncd/pipeline/blob/master/pipeline/frontend/metadata.go that there is a discrepancy between DRONE_REPO_NAME and CI_REPO_NAME. Given a repository foo/bar, DRONE_REPO is foo/bar and DRONE_REPO_NAME is bar. However, CI_REPO and CI_REPO_NAME are both set to foo/bar. There is also no CI_REPO_OWNER to correspond to DRONE_REPO_OWNER.

Can CI_REPO_NAME be changed to match DRONE_REPO_NAME? Can CI_REPO_OWNER be added?
