Creates a pho-IMDB style page that allows users to search movie titles and retrieve information. (Uses react hooks and the OMDB API)
The OMBD API exposes serveral values that the application uses to display the title, year of realease and a poster. Title search can be done by inputing a title and pressing search. Future itterations may include extra infomation such as a breif summary or rating (#TODO).
