Would like to add the following transformations:

From:

Raw URL -> Strava Block
Paragraph Block -> Strava Block
Classic Shortcode -> Strava Block
Shortcode Block -> Strava Block

To:

Strava Block -> Paragraph Block
Strava Block -> Shortcode Block

#116 just adds transformations to the "Activity" block, but will serve as an example for the others.
