Add "Connect to Strava" link for WP users to allow instances of WP-Strava to make API calls on behalf of the user. #104

This would extend the "Additional Athlete" feature to regular WP users (who are not admins) and would lead to future capabilities where a page on the WP site could display information about the user's own segment performance.
This could be used to extend WP-Strava to retrieve information for a given segment from multiple visitors, store the statistics, and then generate an aggregate view of the "registered" visitors who have all ridden the same segment.
This could be used as an alternative to the MatesRace app that went by the wayside.
I am happy to contribute to any of the above.

Hey @UberEclectic - thanks for the suggestion! I think this is achievable since multiple athlete support is already part of the plugin. However, something is dogging me with it currently (#109) and I'd like to get that one solved so we know the foundation is good before opening it up to website users.
