Clicking links in Editor opens external links in Electron window

If you click the external link in the new edit menu, it opens an electron window to the site; this is a potential security risk. Instead, it should be opening in the users system browser.

Should tackle this as part of #53 -- handling this is well covered in https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/tutorial/security#13-disable-or-limit-navigation

I implemented this in a prior Chronicles version; I'm not sure this was ever setup in this version.
