Missing python 3 support. #34

There was a previous attempt #32 but now translate-toolkit supports python3.

I would be happy to add python3 support, if there is interest.

@thijstriemstra I wasn't sure if you were still working on #32 or not. The dependencies that were previously missing python3 support now have it, so it should be unblocked.

Taking a quick look, I noticed all the tests are failing though.

Yea because these tests are run against a new django/jinja/everything version.

And no, I'm not working on #32, was thrown off by response to the PR.
