Please add support for web_acl_id

Describe the Feature

it will allow an integration of waf acl with cloudfront distribution so please can you please add an association so i can use waf with cloudfront on my all projects.

Expected Behavior

it will work with waf acl.

Use Case

because right now there is no feature to use waf with cloudfront that's why it is much needed.

Describe Ideal Solution

we just have to add a variable in the end like web_acl_id = var.web_acl_id in the module and have to add the same variable in the variables file that's it.
