Investigate if cflinuxfs* CATs runs enough test specs #275

If you look at the CATs tests we run on cflinuxfs* pipelines, we are running about 78 out of 235 Specs specs.

Investigate why we're only running 78 and if we can run more test specs. You'll see more context in this issue (private link)
