Issues with database log imports

We are seeing issues with database logs where logs from all of the possible log groups are not being imported.

Acceptance Criteria

• Figure out why some database logs are not being imported and fix the issue

I found that there are 17 Cloudwatch log groups that should be ingested to production. After deploying some fixes to the ingestor for database Cloudwatch logs, I manually verified that logs are appearing in OpenSearch for all of these log groups.
