Как вариант, разбить модуль ide.clj на вложенный пакет, потому что в нем много всего (не будем ровняться на на api.clj). Предлагаю сабмодули:

etaoin.ide.spec все спеки
etaoin.ide.flow парсинг и обход
etaoin.ide.api реализация методов
etaoin.ide.main CLI-интерфейс (см CLI entry point for IDE #329 )

Набор может быть и другим, обсуждается.
