Climsoft users’ right to view and modify data entered in data entry forms

Colleagues,
In the current implementation users root and Climsoft operator supervisor are not able to view and modify data entered by Climsoft operators in the following data entry forms (form_daily2, form_Hourly and form_Hourly2), this is a bug and need to be fixed/addressed to ensure user root and user Climsoft operator supervisor are able to view and modify data entered by Climsoft operators.
