• 1. Impact of Climate Change on Air Quality in Urban Areas

  • Study the relationship between rising temperatures, emissions, and air quality degradation in African cities. Focus on vulnerable communities.

• 2. Water Contamination and Health Risks in Rural Areas Affected by Climate Change

  • Investigate the impact of droughts and floods on water contamination and the resulting health risks for women and children.

• 3. Soil Degradation and Food Security

  • Assess the impact of soil erosion and desertification on agricultural productivity and food security, particularly for communities dependent on subsistence farming.

• 4. Renewable Energy’s Role in Reducing Urban Pollution

  • Analyze how the adoption of renewable energy technologies in urban areas can mitigate pollution and improve public health.

• 5. Access to Clean Water Through Solar-Powered Filtration Systems

  • Pilot the deployment of solar-powered water filtration systems in rural areas, and measure the impact on health, especially for children.
