html element not work on windows

Tauri 2 + Svelte 5, the buttons on the topbar no response on Windows. (work fine with macOS)

actually it does not work on Linux too. maybe you can add some css(like fixed + z-index) to solve the problem temporarily since the title bar was a div overlay.

Does adding a z-index fix the problem? If yes, it makes sense for the library to add it in by default.
