The Blur applications settings also blurs the desktop background when used with Desktop Icons NG (DING).
I did not test with other desktop icons extension but they most likely share this bug.
I'm using Gnome 41 on Manjaro.

It actually works with Desktop Icons.
Still it would be great if it can be compatible with Desktop Icons NG (DING) since it's one of the default extensions on Manjaro Gnome.
