Collapsible Bullets

Collapsible Bullets show or hide any content under them.

A small triangle pointing at the bullet itself will show everything from the bullet onward.
When the arrow is clicked it is rotated 90 degrees, and everything under the bullet is collapsed and only that line is shown.

I am still interested in this functionality, not only for bullets but more generally for any block.

Though I think this may be a duplicate of 11068... depending whether togglability should be a behavior added to bullets or a completely new widget
