@Olivia-Chiong : Following are the forms header for your review. The versions have very slight difference in their background world map color:

@FarzanaPrianka here's an example of the header from another team. I think you can move the Hack for LA logo a little lower to the corner, similar to this one.

• scale HFLA log (70%)
• move logo to lower right hand corner
