Overview

Persona development is driving our user stories. Our version our CTI Personas is Work In Progress.

We need to complete our existing list of user stories so that we can capture all site requirements.

Action Items

We need to finalize our existing personas needs and pain points.

• Create a survey for distribution.
• Gather email distribution list for proto-persona segments: Leaders of Parent Organizations, Brigade/Chapter Organizer, Community Stakeholder who is part of a government structure, Project Lead, Prospective Volunteer and Project Volunteer.
• Distribute survey with instructions
• Synthesize findings into Personas document
• Release dependency on Create Project Board for Personas and User Stories #191

Hi @mariastudnicka. We are doing a board cleanup, and we found this issue, last updated in February. Did this ever get finished? If so, where can we find the results. Or does it still need to be created?

Please provide update

1. Progress: "What is the current status of your project? What have you completed and what is left to do?"
2. Blockers: "Difficulties or errors encountered."
3. Availability: "How much time will you have this week to work on this issue?"
4. ETA: "When do you expect this issue to be completed?"
5. Pictures (if necessary): "Add any pictures that will help illustrate what you are working on."
