IPv6 Deployment - Dual Stack & IPv6 only support #41

Problem Statement

Currently, the deployment ability supports IPv4 in a single stack.

Proposed Solution

The tool should deploy dual stack as the default with an option to deploy IPv6 only.

To uphold the current topology with the established routing domains, the switches should be migrated to IOL in order to support 'ipv6 nd raguard' commands for transports that utilize DHCPv6 / SLAAC for interface address assignment.
