Story

As a domain manager
I want to receive a notification when a domain invitation has been canceled
so that I understand when a decision has been reversed regarding domain management.

Acceptance Criteria

We need to send a notification when a domain invitation has been canceled. There's a separate ticket to send a notification when a domain manager has been removed (#2370). But canceling an invitation is a bit different because the user never logged in and there could be confusion about why that user was never added as a manager.

This email should be sent to all managers of the domain.
