Was able to run NPM and see the website

Hello - I was able to run npm and get the site working in react in my chrome browser, looks good. I was instructed to give a suggestion because I did not have any issues with the project. I suggest that you guys maybe make a nice admin system where admins and add or delete billboards that they control and possibly have the ability to delete an inappropriate ad when someone tries to infiltrate the system.
