Purchase compute credits with PayPal

I was talking with @cirruslabs on Twitter and I suggested that users should be able to buy compute credits with PayPal, and @fkorotkov agreed

Are there any plans for implementing this and/or using Stripe Checkout like @fkorotkov mentioned in #209 (comment)?

Kinda awkward having a separate browser hanging around exclusively just for buying compute credits lmao

I just tried purchasing compute credits, and it turns out I now have no way to do so because:

1. I can no longer get the Payment Requests API to work in Chrome/Chromium (this is how I did it before),
2. It is still not working in Firefox.
3. I am running Linux, so do not have access to Edge or Safari.

I can see why stripe would be appealing to use this react integration, but IMO PayPal is much better of a platform.

I wasn't able to get it working in Edge, either. But I tried again in Chromium and it worked first try. No clue what the problem was before.
