I'm not sure what happened. Not only was this script unable to connect to the lightbulb, but it also put my laptop into a state where it is unable to connect to any Bluetooth devices at all, even after multiple reboots and various attempts at clearing various caches or reinstalling packages. Device is a Lenovo Thinkpad 11e running xubuntu 22.04.3 LTS.
My ultimate goal is to use a Raspberry Pi (or equivalent). I figured I'd test with the laptop to see if it worked, but apparently that was not a good idea. Is there a specific hardware setup that's known to work? A specific Bluetooth implementation perhaps?
