- hand mixer or whisk

- 250g butter (1 cup)
- 220g brown sugar (1 cup)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 150g all purpose flour (1 cup)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 300g old-fashioned oats (rolled, not quick) (3 cups)
- 3/4 can condensed milk (1 can = 395g)
- 200g dark baking chocolate (1 cup)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in bowl
- Soften butter
- Mix butter and brown sugar in large bowl
- Add vanilla and egg, whisk
- Add dry stuff from bowl to large bowl, whisk
- Add oats, whisk
- Mix butter, condensed milk, and chocolate in bowl
- Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted (stir after!)
- Add vanilla, mix
- Get 3/4 of dough and spread out over skillet
- Pour fudge over dough
- Maybe add some more flour to the remaining 1/4 if it's too wet
- Crumble remaining 1/4 over fudge
- Oven to 180C
- Bake for 15 mins
- Remove and let cool
