add '2016-01-20 07:11' to test/validator.js
and run 'npm test'

Error: validator.isDate(2016-01-20 07:11) failed but should have passed.

timezoneDifference is -540
2016-01-20 07:11 -> Tue Jan 19 2016 22:11:00 GMT+0900 (KST)
