We are still seeing a remaining issue with the VS2012/13 Package Manager Update feature.

If you r-click the Solution>>Manage NuGet Packages for Solution, the available updates appear correctly.

However, if you r-click the Project and select Manage NuGet Packages, the Updates do not appear.

This bug is due to how packages were being filtered by target framework version.

Fixed and released in Klondike 1.4.1.
