Add a simple screenshot-type clickthrough template/example

In the DMP demo for Connections 2018 I created a very simple clickthrough script that simply kept track of "current step" in the URL via hash, and presented the main content via a screenshot named after that step.

Clicking added 1 to the current step, back and forward worked.

Make this happen in the boilderplate, toolooooo.
