Inscape won't upgrade using from ChocolateyGUI and works from powershell #650

When I try to upgrade Inkscape from ChocolateyGUI it says won't upgrade because Inkscape should be uninstalled first.

Besides looking at:
chocolatey-community/chocolatey-packages#550 (comment)

The upgrade script works with powershell, just tried it now.
