When a project name has a comma in it, the export causes an ERROR 349: DUPLICATE HEADERS. This does not seem to happen with the PDF export, but happens on all others (RTF, ePub, HTML, and Anthologize TEI). When I removed the comma from the project name, it worked swimmingly :)
