Previously: #100.

In #105 #62 we added the option to include various pieces of item metadata in PDF exports. This should be expanded to include HTML, TEI, RTF, and ePub.

Hey, @boonebgorges, somehow I didn't see the revivification of this issue back in September. Glad to see it has arisen again like a zombie. I was using Anthologize a lot to get printable versions of blog posts for THATCamps, but I haven't run a THATCamp for over a year so it hasn't been an issue. Good to know it's possible now, thanks! 👍
