The menu page will display the menu categories

Display them in a grid / list

When clicked will navigate user to that categories page

This layout shows the menu categories and the cart display for taking orders. I added cancel buttons beside the order items and a confirm order button. Maybe 'Confirm' should be labelled 'Checkout', if we have a checkout screen

We haven't included a way to make notes for order items yet
