[Feature]: Multiple servers #54

Would be very useful to be able to create multiple settings for different servers and the select which one to connect to from the menu.

Bumping this, but with a slight twist.

Option 1:

Prompt for proxy to use (as the original request mentioned).

Option 2:

Choose closest (based on initial ping or some other method).

I suspect many of Sidestep's users are travelers. Having a choice, or automatic determination based on proximity would be extremely helpful.
