不知道陈云师兄能否扩展一下pytorch+docker的操作？ #204

具体是，想开多个docker拉高一下CPU利用率，比如用两台物理机开多个worker，因为组内GPU有限，但是目前问题是，似乎1.0后的pytorch版本有所更改，不知道陈云师兄能否在这个方向给一个简明的教程
