Shifting Block Does Only Shift Stream Line

Hi,

if you try to move a block up and down only the corresponding stream line moves. This can lead to manipulated and broken visualizations like this:

while the original looks like this:

I guess that the expected behaviour would rather be that you are allowed to move the entire block with the according stream line or to disable moving of block and stream line completely.

Could you maybe have a look at this and maybe change the current behaviour?
